Tour of the Shore
On April 22nd the OSK family went on a tour of our projects. Matt Pappas of Brandywine Developers spent the morning with our team and give us a tour of four homes.
One home was in the framing stages, one home was in the process of interior trim being installed, and two homes were complete.
At the final tour our clients met us and graciously supplied us with cookies and lemonade to cap off the day.
Pictured here is the team enjoying a lunch at the Avalon Brew Pub.
We can highly recommend the food, service, and custom brewed beers on tap!

OSK design partners was a ‘King’ sponsor for the Habitat for Humanity casino night fundraiser. This annual favorite event has been on hiatus for the past two years due to COVID, but came back with rousing success on May 5th 2022. The event featured a gourmet buffet, silent auction, door prizes, and blackjack, roulette, and craps. The event is a great way to allow the Habitat staff to get to know the donors a little bit better but more importantly funds are raised to help lift families into a better life situation.

NEW OFFICE
In January 2022 OSK entered a new era when we moved into our very own building!
The home was built around 1905 and, although converted to office spaces, retains its original layout, inlaid hardwood floors, ornate formal central staircase, high ceilings, wainscoting and more.
The whole OSK family is settling into their rooms nicely and we are all excited to have a part in restoring and maintaining this bit of Collingswood history.
